Even Germany institutions provide choice in English/German medium.. But, like you said popular choice of international students is always English. So, there is huge competition for English medium and everyone don't get the desired courses in English..

They have more courses offered in German medium..

But even then, from my own experience and view point interms of technical education , India's IIT, IIIT and NIT s are way superior in terms of academics in comparison to the popular premium institutes abroad..

Buy education is the policy we are following here. Even in small towns the fees for schools is too much.. 🤷🤷🤷 To get your kid into 1st standard you have to send him to school for atleast 4 years before that. I mean this is bullshit. I don't want to curse now but every curse under the sky can be used in this scenario. And the fees 🙏🙏🙏 they are literally looting in the name of education. Even scholarships don't get you by.

Recently one of our relatives wanted their daughter to join in school. She is 3 year kid. They said let's join her in pre nursery..this is a newly invented term now. And the fees is 10k rupees. I'm like what will they teach her. Einstein theories in that age. 🤦🤦 It's so bad.

bcs of covid all job and everything was really bad, so we r slowly picking up from where it was left.

All I know legally you need to study for 10 years and then you apply for residence or if you work!

Uk is hard to get resident permit unless you merry or whatever! But for say your nephew case job wise, hopefully inshallah he will get sponsor! As it’s Oxford

Yes after 2019 the grantee 2 years job visa expired now you need company to sponsor you. And payment must be over certain threshold

One of my friends 2 years sponsor finishing this year 😐😐 so yea it’s quit a headache!

unless your brother sounds rich, invest 2 million I think and you can apply for citizenship

Agree astrology predictions and happenings makes one believe in jyotish. I'm from a family where they didn't bother to look at my birth star (total non-believers) but I became a big believer of jyotish slowly looking at charts as a hobby, I'm influenced by my FIL not sure if it's good or not. IMO understanding jyotish makes a person more humble and accept things with humility.

That's the problem with mentality of most of the people.. People don't want to send their kids to government schools which is almost free in terms of fee.. People have wrong notion that government schools aren't good. From my personal experience, i have always found government school teachers to be more knowledgeable, creative and experienced in terms of teaching..Govt school teachers get appointed only after the proper training ...But,Private schools just mint money, they don't even hire trained teachers...

What I spent for my entire education, my colleague is spending for her child's kindergarten itself...😆Such is the case everywhere now...

That's true (IN BOLD) international students in UK have become cash cows for the universities.

I heard from my friend in Germany complaining it's difficult for expat kids to survive in Germany. Because everything is in german language, if the parents can't help the child with studies, the child can lag resulting in the kid being sent to a mettelschule or Realschule.
