I don't know how the hype was about fawad when his shows were released in Pakistan but when they were released in india and when his movie released it was quite crazy.

I don't think you can compare the two. In pure number terms, wahaj's hype is definitely more BUT one, social media was not this big during fawad's time. Two, now days the faster you get sm hype, the faster you attract negativity and trolling. So sm hype i feel is a bubble that can burst anytime. Even now ppl have already started trolling his wife and marriage.

I think wahaj really needs to take a break. We have been watching him for almost 5-6 months with TB being stretched and mpht 1 episode/week format and now a movie . I think ppl will start getting bored. Let the audience miss you so when the new project comes there is some anticipation. But he is a workaholic soooo....

Is it because his biggest hits are those toxic alpha male characters? In such stories usually the female lead doesn't have much to do. The focus is always on the hero. So maybe top actresses don't sign on bec they will be sidelined. Just a guess.

I was very surprised at the luke warm response to chand taara since both him and his wife individually are hugely popular actors but together it just never generated the buzz.
