I think Dilnasheen decided to marry Hamza shortly after meeting him personally because she thought at least he loved her and respected her whole-heartedly if I am not wrong. And after she decided to leave Haider and marry Hamza she maintained her distance with Haider. But all the things happened so fast in her life like Haider slapping Dilnasheen and Haider and his mother going to her mother and complaining about her, particularly questioning her character and then her mother beating her, there was not much time gap and then she started considering Hamza because she felt that he was the one who sincerely respected her and loved her. Then by the time she finally decided to leave Haider and marry Hamza, she became pregnant. She also didn't expect that she would get pregnant.
