Is Vatsal Seth going to return back to save Titlie and finally in a completely changed avatar….as his wife left or died because with the actor playing Garv it is only okayish not ticking at all.

Hope he returns after Naagin closes shop.Why are they going to take a bigger actor only for a cameo they also made a story behind him marrying Titlie.

tbh i dont want him back. I prefer garv titli. why even would she go back to rahul? Max he can come back as a villain but kya hi karega.

plus as long as he is busy with naagin no chance of him coming back

No his cameo was just for 2 weeks. He's busy with another show now unless they replace the character with a new actor he's not coming back.

I think if there would be a good second hero it would be someone else who is good natured all his life.

I also think they might bring her childhood friend or someone as her second hero
