Oh I know. Right now we are all expecting the worst of Garv because of the promo we had gotten. But if he gets enough love and attention by the audience, do you think the writers will change their minds about him being outright violent and abusive?
it could happen. they might make him a bundle of contradictions or someone who is skating close to the edge of what is unacceptable and what is not. I actually hope they go in that direction because if they do, it will be much more complex love story.
see, if it is abusive, then it is simple storytelling. what is there -- at some point, she will say enough and walk out. story over.
but if you are wanting edgy love story like the director is hinting at, then we need conflict that is subjective -- where some will say that is okay, forgive while others will say that isn't acceptable regardless of how much you love that person. and then when you are married, what can be water under the bridge and what to raise alarms for?
so I don't want the worst of garv, I want a mixed garv where we as audience can swoon to our hearts content but also bash him left and right when needed. otherwise, we have to enjoy him as just villain.
i really dont want them to change like character ko whitewash kar de.. so far jitna garv ke character ko read kara hai he does have anger issues like kisiko bhi taare yaad dila de aur khudko bhi hurt karne mein kamm nahi haiOriginally posted by: asmaanixx

but you cant deny this fact his care, love and protective nature towards his family and ab tak jitne bhi garv ne stand liye they are so right meko sorted character lagg raha hai aur story ke hisaab se this too flawed character so i just want agar kuch split personality ho ya jo bhi ho i want proper redemption usko apni galti ka ahsaas ho

aur maine toh drama pehle dekha uske baad promo so before knowing anything literally drama ka concept or synopsis bina kisiko puche drama start kara and ab jab characters se attachment ho gayi toh post pe post kare ja rahi hu and now i'm obsessed yaar ab bas kudd gaye samandar mein yahi tirv nayya paar karayenge ab toh π€£π€£
GARV MEHTA ka character so far i analyze apart from anger his other side too we should appreciate and how easily titli garv they fall in love and badi maa plus his own mom too doesnt look the way she look calm, composed she too had bad side.. i just feel he's like grey shaded character jisme sudharne ke chances honge but ya agar extreme hua toh redemption process bhi chahiye itni aasani se titli ki maafi shayad na mile par achhai toh hai we cant deny this tooOriginally posted by: mango.falooda

Hmm, I guess this brings up my next question - what kind of woman would we like Titli to be?
From the precap we saw Kaka was about to slap her. Should we assume this was the first time such an act was about to take place or it has happened before? She told Kaki Maa that if someone were to be violent with her then she wouldn't be able to live with them. Should there be different rules established for family members and spouses?
