How the hell did Abhimanyu get full custody when after white day abuse was brought up in the muted scenes. (I always thought it would never see the light)

I understand why the arguments were muted because there was no possible way Abhimanyu could be shown winning full custody otherwise.

But still, this is disappointing. Why is DKP ruining one track after another. Wasn't this supposed to be THE TRACK. Custody track should have gone for a week. The arguments, the back and forth- the revelations, the flashbacks. That is where the DRAMA is. They muted the whole thing and will wrap it up by tomorrow.. Unbelievable.

They are really eager to start Abhir and Akshnav separation era and complete Abhimanyu's whitewashing when he gives him back to the Sharmas. But this was such wasted potential.

Can't wait for Manjiri's karma to hit her in the face though when she realizes all the riches of the Birla house cannot make up for the absence a son feels without his parents.

But then they must address spousal abuse and the reason she did what she did. Why she felt the need to make Abhinav the legal father. Spousal abuse and seeking shelter.

That itself would make Abhimanyu unfit for complete custody.

The problem isn't why these particular issues arent brought up.. The problem is why the dramatic part of court case is being wrapped up without the drama part of it. Why they are rushing through the most important track of the leap.

We already know from the promo Abhimanyu got full custody which is just unlikely anyway. Indian law mother will always have primary custody/joint custody in case of a divorce unless she's extremely poor or mentally unstable.. Unfit to raise a child. So Abhimanyu winning full custody is an ITV fable at best. But how they reached that conclusion should have been executed better.

Lets keep it done and dusted. I think they want to end the show or going for gen leap. No other reason make sense.

Legal there are words like premeditated, conspiracy, lies and forgery. There are different levels of abuse. If Ak doesnt lie law will nt find anything much. On the other hand law has evidence against Ak n her 2nd husband. And a little prince who is deprived of his identity.

running away, hiding- viable pregnancy from father then forging legal papers to hide identity of the child. 😆

She had lots of means to let Abhimanyu know that one child survived but no she hid the truth from Abhimanyu when as a biological father he had full rights to know.

Why are people surprised that Abhi won the custody case?

He is a loving father, who has compromised things, left his work behind to spend time with his child. who should now do a case on Mr and Mrs Sharma for deceiving him and keeping the truth away from him.

Why would not Abhi get custody, is he a druggiest, a rapiest, a molester, an alcoholic ?? a murderer?

No matter Abhi is Abhir biological father and I am glad he got the custody. Ak can now freely babysit Abhinav and sing him lullabies.

Yes it's all speculation when it comes to Akshara's abuse lol. Its something I've found quite amusing on this forum 😆 especially when it was textbook spousal and familial abuse.

Abhimanyu should be grateful Akshara did not file a case against him on white day. It would have landed him in jail immediately. Oh well, another perk of being the ML.

The part of evidence is completely true. I agree. A known reality that domestic abuse victims find it hard to prove it in court. I do believe witnesses can be of huge help then.

In the end, the court will always take into consideration what the mother did to safeguard herself and her child.

Why? Why should she seek asylum elsewhere. A good man wanted to help her and she took his help. She felt protected under his care.

Lord the expectations from someone who's gone through a traumatic miscarriage,then added emotional upheaval of divorce, called a murderer and thrown out of her home... LOL indeed 😆
