Neha, it's probably because she was not supposed to be hated by audience. If you observe the starting episodes, osts playing on her and everything..They probably wanted people to dislike her but also sympathize her for her miseries..Some other actress of good calibre would have done justice. But sabeena and her clown act made people hate haya to the extent that her downfall is more anticipated than MM reunion 😆. Not to forget sabeena and her offscreen antics.. Gaslighting fans and acting all innocent by picking fights with them actually added to the already brewing hatred..

If it was ITV ,they would have changed her to pure evil character but here they have already finished shooting.. Makers didn't anticipate this amount of hatred for Haya..
