When MK and Merub cried in E42 when he takes her by hand and leaves her in Karachi, I still felt very emotional. The khudko and mujhe sambhal lena scene back in E38 made me tear up too. This emotional response was despite the fact that I had been hating on TB since the whole Maryam track started.

But after E47. All that tears, angst and pain by MK and Merub leaves me cold. I can recognize the beautiful acting but I have zero emotional response to any of it. It just leaves me angry and irritated instead. This is so sad how badly they have broken audience connect with the characters.

Tere Bin should be taught in drama school on what not to do. I have never seen a drama which has singlehandedly self-sabotaged its potential so much.

Yes he did...i do not even want to talk about meerub here she was ruined long back for me. Her character graph was so down the drain from beginning.

Also, for the record, I don’t think anyone should wait for someone to realize their feelings. Life waits for nobody, and nobody takes another person’s place on their deathbed. I agree that Murtasim should move on…just not with Haya b/c she’s a bad person.

And Meerab should find someone who brings out the love and wow feelings in her right away, if not sooner than with Murtasim. At this point it can also be interpreted that she’s going back to Murtasim b/c of her majhboori and her “tangled” family connection with him…not necessary true love. She is STILL confused about her love for him. At this point, why does the audience need to believe that Murtasim is the best thing for her, love wise, btw? Why does Murtasim have to be her true love- how has this been shown from her perspective that he’s so amazing and special for her? Frankly all of his nice acts could be interpreted as his duty to his wife and him being a good person (aside from the Haya parts.) We’ve been shown his feelings of true love for her…but just not seeing why he is the one for her if she’s having so much trouble seeing it after everything!!!

this 2 have complicated relationship for sure.

I think bcs of the chemistry we didint see for Murtasam

1. it was husband duty to love and care

bcs he didn’t forget his other responsibilities. If you see episode 54 talk with answer, he says he has other responsibilities, he can’t search for her 24/7!

So you see his priority changed. He no longer in that Isaq faze. His Isaq disappeared.

Maybe that’s what nooran wanted to show always. “Out of sight, out of mind love”

and his agreeing to Haya was the last blow.he has moved on or want to move on. He dosent want to wait or search for her anymore.

Meerab left him and he has all the right 2.

I am not seeing him as a strong lover anymore. He dosent fall into it.

So as a normal human being: he can move on! If it’s Haya, very well be. She loves him, so why not.

But nooran shouldn’t have put reference of she is like my sister 🤮🤮🤢 it’s disgusting.

This kinda ruined murtasam character more.

top of it, she also dumbed both Murtasam and Meerab.

You can’t justify any character because it’s just so badly written .
Come to think of it; we actually putting up with this nonsense since episode 27/28

but we still watched hoping we will get that charm back but it never did.

Netflix show never have I ever season 4 🥳🥳 so much better then I should stay with netflix now....tere bin needs to go from my mind now.

What was the whole point of that sub-plot where Merub told Rohail about the contract. Him being obsessed over her virginity. His psycho behavior vis-a-vis istimaal shuda things. What has this sub-plot added to the overall storyline.

Previously, I thought MK would leave the restaurant in anger in E45 after he overhears Rohail talk to Merub about the contract. Or that this sub-plot would culminate in Merub seeking Rohail's help in Karachi but once he knows she is not a virgin anymore (or pregnant), he would turn her away.

But nothing has come out of this plot line so far and I do not know if it ever would.

Thanks a lot for the tag, my opinion might differ from others and I'm sharing my perspective which is going to be very long.

KMK is portrayed and proven to be very smart but with his own flaws.

Incidents where he's been an amazing husband to meerab begins with bringing her foster parents just before their wedding despite MB refusal.

The waleema dance instead of creating a scene he's done nazar utaar and subsided the matter.

As mentioned in episode 11 he's made everything possible by him for meerab's comfort, but she's not willing to accept his offer of friendship.

During episode 3/4 he said he can't even do salaam if he doesnt like a person. So he didn't wish his mum in episode11 because MB slapped meerab in their waleema and he didnt approve that behaviour. Then clearly told MB what's meerab's position which upset

The allergy food track, kidnap track and accident separation he's stood for meerab, he's only a reason away from supporting meerab.

He's supported and agreed on anas matter only for meerab not even mariyum because mariyum is the responsibility of his mum otherwise.

Now let's see why is meerab so reluctant towards handsome murtasim. Is it because of forced marriage or was there a backstory to their current rivalry, may be yes because YZ mentioned about all characters having their own backstories. Perhaps we are going to see them soon to understand better. But with whatever has been provided to us below is my synopsis of meerab.

Meerab thinks murtasim is like zeher remember murtasim thinks haya looks like zeher to him.

So that made me wonder what's 🤔 this zeher it's the dangerous 😳 ☠️ 🐍 like slitherine attitude(reason probably part of backstory) and in episode 7 there's MB telling mariyum everybody in the family knew about meerab's real parents except meerab, which was painful and that made her think murtasim despite of knowing everything never told her and schemed everything to get meerab into the forced marriage. But the reality being murtasim never knew about her real parents. Evidence he asked MB why do you want me to marry that orphan girl.

So with all her grudge it was always a tight rope walk for murtasim and their time away in the relationship makes matters clear for them.

Most of the time challenge is with the incomplete tracks and they make some dialogues irrelevant CVs are clever enough to provide evidences to all the most important dialogues.

One thing with PTV the episodes are limited owing to budgets probably with no sleaze(pemra) but erasing intimate talks and all can create a vacumn which is difficult to grasp especially when it's a romantic serial.

Let's remember be a Roman while in Rome, so hoping for the roller coaster of the ride to end soon with beautiful 😍 memories of all this discussions.

From so many episodes we had a great expectation that KMK is smart , he will figure it and he has plan. What KMK they showed in the first episode did not match after few episodes. He never showed his smartness in protecting his sister or wife. What we are seeing is someone who is normal and wants to get back with his life, which we don’t have any issue at all .There is no plan from his side, just by fate he may meet Saba or someone and may see meerab , after that he may see how to secure his daughter first. There is no plan from his side .
