So I’m going strictly by the promo here just to share some thoughts:

At first I was understanding with Murtasim moving on as Meerab ran away and left him (don’t love the idea but understand). He knows that she left on her own and she never told him that she loves him before leaving. I did have a problem with him marrying Haya though. But it seems like he isn’t remarrying because he moved on but marrying out of pity? MB looked pretty happy too so maybe she needs some help to care of her duties. Whatever the reason, it’s not for love or lust. I also don’t believe this means that he was lying every time he said he doesn’t see Haya that way and could never marry her even if Meerab wasn’t in the picture. I believe he truly meant that. If you look at how he treated her before marrying Meerab, you can see that was never interested. I hate that it’s happening and I’ll probably hate the reason but it isn’t for love or attraction, that much I’m sure of. He looks like a zombie when he agrees and at that small clip of the engagement.

His half dead look makes me think it’s not for revenge or some master plot either. Revenge doesn’t make sense because how would Meerab even know about this and suffer. It would make more sense for him to marry her in front of Meerab if it was for revenge. Plus if he thinks she ran away, wouldn’t he assume that she wouldn’t care anyway? I would love for him to be planning something to get Haya in the end but looking at his state, he doesn’t look capable at the moment to come up with a clever plan. Also he would have to accept that Haya is evil first to even come up with a plan. Unless something comes up that makes him believe Haya said something to Meerab to make her leave, but they seemed to have scrapped that scene. Also he’s completely ignored the hug and it’s role in completely pissing off Meerab so what would be his motivation to plan something against Haya?

Also does anyone else feel like they stretched the last few episodes so much but are barreling through to this engagement so fast? Not that I want them to stretch this but it seems to be happening so fast.

Murtasim can sacrifice himself for haya happiness

But he can't sacrifice haya for meerab safety when she harmed meerab

But the public engagement is disrespectful to Meerab. How does it get redeemed?

I know Meerab leaving him was disrespectful too, and everyone knows she left him. But 2 wrongs don’t make a right.

Yeah. That's what I was thinking. So much happened in the promos. So may be we are back to the fast paced TB era again. Let them do that atleast.

I personally don't feel MB as good mother. But this time she actually surprised me by understanding him. Told haya to stop having hopes because her son won't give meerab place to her, didn't force her son to get marry.

He himself agreed to marry haya so she supported it happily.

Idk so. MB is as bad as Anwar if you ask me.

No mother would want her child to sacrifice or keep his responsibility over his own happiness. No mother would behave like she did during the Mariyam scene...her izzat dialogue or the fact that she questioned MK on killing MZ rather than asking if he is ok.

And her dialogue on zakhmi sher....more than concern, I feel it's her fear that if she pisses him off..he will actually leave and that is one thing she cannot afford.

Just a question

If he doesn't love haya then why ruining her life by dragging her in loveless marriage

Does he think he will marry haya but won't have physical relationship

Or his plan was to move on with haya both physically & mentally by not having love

He felt so pity that he thinks it's right to marry the woman whom he claimed to saw as his sister
