I guess just like everybody else I excused him for his behavior. These scenes did make me angry, but I never thought that he eventually would agree to marry her.

But to be honest, Meerub tolerated a lot of bull crap from these cousins. In real life that slap would have come a long before it actually did. No women would tolerate this behavior.

Meerab was character assasinated by her own parents, was asked to jump to prove her character just for one incident with rohail

While she was made to tolerate all these day & night

now coming to meerab: we won’t see any POV of her love! However seems like her realisation slowly hitting her. She was a blunder character and probably slowly learn her mistake.

Sabeena as haaya ruined the show for me

I like watching murtasims scenes with ma begum Maryam Anwar Chacha even bakhtu

But sabeena just ruins all murtasim haaya scenes with her zero screen presence and even worse acting n voice modulation

So many people say that she is good in acting because everybody hates Haya.

But the director said they wanted to show a sympathetic character, but nobody likes her or feel for her. So the actress is not actually doing a good job.

From the voice modulation and facial expression, you end up just hating her. Maybe a better actress might have made the audience feel sorry for her.

with that POV: all I can think of is Murtasam know Meerab went crazy when she saw him hugging Haya. That lead to emotional conssumation.

he may think if the news of his marriage goes out with Haya, she will come out of hiding.

however it dosent seem like murtasam character use such a cheap way to ruin Haya name as well.

he seems defeated and just gives into Haya
