This episode was a mix of really good ViDev scenes ❤️ and psycho Jai vibes 🤪
My opinion might be a bit contrary to the popular opinion cause i though the episode was fairly decent
The stree vidhi part was a bit ott but from messaging point of view it was done respectfully. It is so important to address these taboos in manner that is not cringe
They finally played jadu teri nazar to build Jai's track towards his obsession. I really wish Vidhi had a one one encounters with Jai not knowing Vidhi marital status and liking her and eventually finding out she is married. It would have played better towards his obsession
None the less thankfully he is creepy even with the song unlike SRK
ViDev late night dinner scene and bedroom scenes were a joy to watch. They gave me very homely vibes and there was no interruption. The part where she falls asleep on him and then after the late night call when she leans in to sleep next to him were very sweet. This intimacy i love between them
The explanation Dev gives to Vidhi about everyone feeling upset about her leaving was so subtle yet he got the message across. I think we call learn from Dev's way of talking to anyone and not just men
The focus of the story has shifted back to ViDev
I also want to appreciate Satya a little, what she said about Vidhi not doing this intentionally was a good remark but she needs to draw boundaries is something everyone is concerned about. Less touching will make Satya scenes good again.
Priya asking for forgiveness, very Raichand style, they will ask for forgiveness as soon as they realize they are wrong and i appreciate this trait of the family
A new girl is entering the show as well, just read on twitter, could be Jai's ex which will explain his issues
great review. I cannot comment about the first part coz it was way too cringey for me to watch jai go all gaga 😄 the more I see Jai and the more vidhi remains oblivious to his intentions the more I skip 🙈 I am not going to comment about jaadu Teri nazar.
in yesterdays episode - I understand she was on a high, but there was 0 regret or even remorse for her choice when she came home. That dint sit well with me - considering her character. But it does go with the track they are writing.
The vidhi dev scenes are sweet - but too much of dumbed down advice and too much understanding makes it start to border on fatherly advice - esp when it comes on the heels of satya ‘s advice.
On one hand they are making her this business prodigy who is charting new courses etc and on the other hand they make her look silly/childish/immature and inexperienced to not understand intentions/not know how to prioritize her family? They need desperate course correction with this.
In any case, I’m looking forward to today and tomorrows episodes! Hopefully it lives upto expectations wrt dev and vidhi!
