He seems pretty 'held together' in public.

Though he is seeming more unhinged and weirdo as he gets older. His antics and dressing sense show that.

Though being nasty is not same as being totally unhinged.

I think SRK also had a phase when he got into fights with Salman or guard at Wankhede or slapped Shirish at a party or earlier slapped a waiter at Subhash Ghai's party. But he is not entirely unhinged or unpredictable or total destructive or self destructive weirdo nor lawless criminal.

Salman and Sanjay do come close to unhinged category.

Or earlier woman beaters like Mazhar Khan, Sanjay Khan or uncontrolled perverts like Feroze Khan.

Or that Mukesh Khanna who keeps churning sexist, misogynist tweets, communal and casteist videos on YouTube and has regressive views, besides being self obsessed and lost in past glories, self aggrandizement, preachiness.

Payal Rohatgi is another one who seems to have lost it and posts crap videos and tweets full of hate, communal and casteist bile. I cannot believe she is educated.

Being nasty or having a 'phase' of outburst is not same as being mostly unhinged and unmindful of what you are doing and what are its consequences or having meltdowns or making fool of yourself or others always cleaning your mess and being volatile or hate monger.

Idk much about these two directors Ram gopal Varma and vanga reddy but they seemed unhinged based on their opinions of their movies in their interviews.
