They need to show something that shows Kriti is interested in Ram’s money, but haven’t shown any such thing. Also she’s supposed to be a super model earning a lot for herself. Nothing wrong, Ram is making money from the business as well. She, so far doesn’t look like a gold digger. There should be something that should show she’s faking her relationship with Ram. Rn, as a viewer I see nothing as both Ram and Kriti are materialistic and Ram is not a good match for Priya who’s more down to earth. If the story is going on a route Priya is making Ram realize his roots, I suspect it would turn boring and repetitive….Honey, they're just trying to make her more normal, but the essence remains. She wants not Ram, but what he gives and what he is around, you know, like the one who increases your self-perception
Well, I also think they will soon show Kriti in bad light so the focus is on Ram- Priya. But I feel it would look forced like how they quickly turned Vedika bad in one episode. So far there is no reason for Kriti to be bad. They can show her falling out of love with Ram because she found somebody better. But this also seems impossible since she finds Ram rare and perfect puppet that dances to her tunes. I really hope this doesn’t turn into a story of extra marital affairs…My instinct says that something is bound to happen. So it was with Vedika and Avni. My habit of watching looks further than what has been shown
I agree. If K is just career oriented, ambitious and not overly emotional that does not make her problematic. Honestly Ram and K seem to be a good fit. Both materialistic, career oriented and a little withdrawn.
K is earning enough for herself where she's not with him for money. The only "gain" she maybe has is the extra publicity thay comes with her rumored relationship with Ram. And she's confessed that she doesn't confirm dating him because she gets more buzz by creating secrecy of who she's seeing and that will die down a little if she comes clean. But she's not using Rams name to advance her career entirely. Maybe a little but not really. Its not like Rams influence is what is getting her ahead.
He's more famous than her so she wants to keep her association with him. And maybe she has factored in that if someday her career ends because she's beyond her "prime" she can fall back on Ram for a luxurious lifestyle and be his arm candy. But she's not yet been shown acknowledging that.
It might be more interesting if she shows her true colors because now that Ram Priya are being covered by media as a couple, getting engaged etc- she will lose some spotlight for being Rams possible gf. Until priya media thought Ram was dating K. But now they may not care about K..And so if losing Ram as bf costs her endorsements, brands etc and she's shown wanting to get back with him in public despite him being "married" just to get back her brand deals etc even at the cost of Ram getting infamy for EMA - that will make her selfish. Ram will deserve it. But at least it'll reveal her real notions of why she wants him back. Not for love but because she does get ahead in her career due to him.
But right now they make her look independent and self made.
Thats why I'm hoping Ram will suffer a huge loss and he'll see that K will run far away so that he realizes money was the reason she stuck around. She wont support him financially even though she can since she's well off nor wanna be associated with him if he failed in his career and trying to rebuild. Shes with him only as long as he's doing well. She wants a rich famous guy who matches her "status" basically. That needs to come out.
I personally am ok with Priya 's character so far she has a bit semblance to originality though her move to hide yuvraj's truth was a dent but still l can carry on with her
But Ram is too confusing l just don't understand him and with the way he says l love u to kriti it looks ingrained like no deep attachment but she is my gf hence l need to say it and kriti too looks like though not for money but for status she is with Ram and can flip quite easily and alekha is bland she is just boring she looks more like a business partner with no concern for Ram's well being and no strings attached this is not what a friend is!!!!
You elaborated it really well. I was also thinking along the same lines. It could be Ram over hearing her talking about Ram being her fall back when she reaches her prime…. But Kri being status hungry, is a great way to make her dark by defaming Ram claiming EMA and Ram in turn loses everything due to the defamation with Priya supporting him.. The only problem is how they execute it in a pace such that it fits the finite timeline. So far, the execution seems to fail with an unstable paceI agree.
