Aaj ke episode mein bohut bak bak tha. So quick summary.
vidhi’s team people are commenting about work life balance, and she can clearly hear them. They are like vidhi being a raichand will not take crap from jai like they all have to. Someone from Vidhi’s team is sick and isn’t feeling upto the meeting, vidhi tells her to take rest and that she will handle it. Jai comes and yells at everyone and asks them to work. Vidhi tries to tell him that the other girl will not attend the meeting, and he tells her to get her some meds and come to the meeting. Vidhi says as dept head, she gets to decide who should and shouldn’t attend the meeting and says that the sick girl won’t attend. Jai is upset but doesnt say anything.
Satya comes to dev and is upset about how busy vidhi has been. She says yes it was her decision, but it doesn’t mean that vidhi doesnt get to have a life outside work. Dev tells her that it’s the initial period hiccups and she will find her balance. Satya is still not convinced, but dev says he’ll talk to her.
Jai’s meeting goes bad and nobody wants to work with him. Vidhi the business prodigy comes up with a solution to save the deal. She is thrilled. jai is not happy.
On the other hand in a very sweet scene Dev, Hamla and Abhi Priya are talking about their business. Bims is a little scared but definitely wants to take a chance. Dev is like he keeps telling vidhi that Bims has the potential to become a very strong and successful business woman. He says that there is one rule of business that is not in any books - it’s the secret partner rule. The rule is that you work hard, work with dedication and donate a percentage of your profits to the needy and the secret partner will always be with you - God. Bims is very happy. She asks them to stay for tiffin and asks dev to call vidhi there as well. Dev calls vidhi’s cell - she doesn’t pick up as she’s in a meeting with Jai.
Dev calls the reception - and when the receptionist checks with Jai, he tells her to tell they’re not there.
It’s late, everyone leaves - dev comes in search of vidhi. He calls her cell - it’s at her desk. He goes to Jai’s cabin and knocks on the door. Vidhi is happy to see him, jai says some rude crap and asks him to wait in the reception. Vidhi tells jai that it is time for her to go home. Jai tries to tell her that she is losing out on an amazing opportunity. Vidhi remembers what dev told her - that no matter how much work she does it will never be enough. She tells him the same and then tells him not to call her late again. He tries to make excuses. She says no - please don’t do it again.
She goes out and tells dev about how she saved the deal and he is of course super proud. He tells her about how he called the reception and they told that she’d left. Vidhi brushes it off saying that they might have checked the office area and hadn’t seen her so thought she left.
Vidhi checks her phone - and sees a ton of missed calls from satya. She is freaked out because she promised to make dinner and it is already so late. Dev is like don’t worry - cook will take care. they leave.
Jai sees them going and is annoyed that dev came to the office to pick her up. He thinks that dev is scared to see vidhi with so much freedom.
There were some Amba scenes too - one is the doc saying she has 1-2 years to have a child otherwise she will never be a mom. 2 is she is upset because of that and is signing some random papers at work. Yogesh freaks out and asks her to read them, she is like don’t teach me what to do. Yogesh is like where is he stuck.
precap - vidhi is upset that the family is upset with her.
Bims decides not to do business with super foods. Dev is talking to Kaushik thinking he needs to come up with an idea that Amba hasn’t thought of herself, priya says she’ll give him the idea.
At the board meeting, kaushik tells everyone that he’s sold his 19% to dev and now he is going to represent him.
