In india the abandonment period is minimum 2 years.. Only after that you initiate divorce... And that would take another 1-2 years

Yes initially she will be successful. But, once he knows the reason meerab left house all because of the misunderstanding due to haya and how merrab feels around haya and the fact that she had to go through so much all alone especially with no one to support during pregnancy and his child also had to live in poverty all because of this mess..

M sure either he will leave haveli and shift to some other haveli / gao or he could ask MB to choose between him and haya because he can't stay with her after he and meerab went through...They have so many havelis right they can easily shift to sny one of them..
