they are flawed characters, yes meerab is an aggressive lover, she thinks he doesn't love her no more so she became self destructive in her fear. but they both have inherent trust in each others characters, infidelity is not their problem, indulgence is. they are very possessive of each other and this make them volatile. her accusation is he indulged haya too much that she dared to cross the line with him, and since she thinks he doesn't love her no more he didn't bother to be careful.
