At least Arnav was upset for his sisters life as his parents already lost lives due to cheating scandal. Some decent reason.

Angad upset cause his ego is so inflated he thought he lost his whole life by marrying a middle class lady, long before bride swap drama he was after her ki you want to enter my bedroom🙄 Then when actual gold digger came he is giggling and promising to take care. Kya mast male lead hai.

Khusi was not at fault but she also should have come clean about his jija being a cheater instead of hiding. And she was two timing, developing feelings for Arnav while being engaged to Shyam. So she is not a saintly fl either.

That said Arnav is a shit character and the whole 'kyun dard hai itna, tere ishq main' line in Rabba ve bgm used to make me want to give them a crash course on domestic abuse

I am not saying arnav was saint nor i am justifying his abuse. He did love khushi though but lacked the required trust in the relationship. and time and again it was showed in the 6 month marriage how affected he too was by the abuse he was mating out to her. Plus he stood up for her in front of everyone even if he hated her supposedly in that same duration. he never made his grievances public nor let anyone insult khushi (barring the marriage night)

what i am saying is he has a reason for misunderstanding khushi. that may be dumbest reason from viewers point of view but i can understand how an EMA tormented a 14 year boy who saw his parents die in front of him because of a 3rd woman, his chacha throwing him out within a day, his sister's marriage getting broken and the sister becoming emotionally fragile and dependent on him. So though that doesnt justify his abuse atleast the CVs build his character well where viewers can understand him

here they havent given any excuse to angad, he was a victim till his marriage. i also dont hold it against him that he married saiba after full disclosure as i see him being cornered as sahiba's pictures as dulhan went viral. Till marriage the major portion of blame went to mongas and sahiba but after that it has just gone downhill.

If he has behaved same way with Seerat i could atleast understand that he is so mad at his insult and is being heartbroken so he is treating all mongas in same manner but the shit they are showing doesnt have any excuse left for angad's character

haha i agree. but because of Barun i could never hate arnav completely. I feel its actually a success of CVs when they made that promo statement true not just for khushi but viewers ' kyun chah kar bhi main tumse nafrat nahi kar paati'

Exactly. Riddhi (og Angads) redemption (don't think he can be redeemed) was that he would fight the world for his wife post truth reveal and not spare one glance at the bhagodi saali. Here Angad is having secret meetings with Seerat ji and giving her promises.

Audience is confused if when he does something nice , is it for Sahiba or Seerat. Makers ruined it fully with their forceful Ghum nonsense, in Ghum audience had clarity who Virat loves, here makers are playing the same bgm they do on Sahan on Seerat Angad eye locks.

Angad went from a psycho abuser to doormat to ex while demanding to wife in one day.

Haha that whole show reeked of Stockholm syndrome. I still don't understand why Khusi would fall for him and accept him back without a proper sorry. Though Arnav was sorry in his head often, he never apologized to her properly for the 6 months.

And post that Gul Khan did same shit with all her male leads and they became worse and worse. But they all got a decent apology track by itv standards, idhar toh Vanku apni masti main likh raha.
