It seems like she is facing "identity crisis". She came to know waqas anila aren't her parents,she was abandoned by her biological father, everyone forced her to marry murtasim. Murtasim is a control freak and over possessive , she is forced to wear that chaddar and all , she is not allowed to go out alone, he always tells her that he will take her wherever she wants to go ,but can't go alone ...

She feels she is just "murtasim's biwi" and khaani of that khaandan.. She lost her own identity..
