He said the izzat thing to the cop right? Why would he be declaring his love in front of the police officer? Especially if they think she ran away willingly. I’m sure he was just trying to reiterate how important it is for him to keep this confidential. I guess Murtasim thinks that Rohail kidnapped her or someone else had something to do with her leaving since he mentioned to Haya that she wouldn’t just run away.
