I don't agree. Bcoz now rohail is not another man. Rohail is his wife's friend whom she cares more than her husband. If you remember their last encounter murtasim says don't have to think about anyone. you just enjoy coffee with your friends. So he came to the conclusion that friends are important than husband. And one of the friends is rohail. So you would think when Meerab wasn't Waqas he thought of rohail. Then of saba.

He was definitely not thinking Meerab is cheating on him.
