This was so crucial. Everything changs, kids grow up, parents die but that moment of only the both remains. They never got that you and I only and we both are completed after our communication moment. Even when they get back together it will mostly be through the priority of meesam at least for meerab. He'll never come first for her...not even for a day..like he would if she confessed and some moments of stillness and peace.
It's somewhat tragic to me.
If there is NO MR in original script & they planned to show consent at the end.
