I mentioned the other day on twitter that Murtasim stopped Haya from touching him in one of the initial epis but from E1, he did not resist Meerab from poking at his heart. She would do it every now and then and he would allow it... Haq Se!...now, please excuse me, I have to go and cry 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺 .... I miss Meerasim.

Rehana, I do no think you were on IF at that time. So I will re-share my salient findings on Merub/MK pre-marital physical touching based on my view of first 5 episodes.

By my math, in the first 5 episodes, Merub and MK had 12 encounters and we saw MK touch her in 9 of them (that's like 75%). This does NOT count all instances of them ALMOST ALWAYS being in each other's physical space - standing very close and leaning towards each other.

Types of touching included:

• hand/wrist grabs
• face caresses
• arm touch
• finger touch
• upper and mid-back touch
• shoulder touch
• side boob touch

Some IF folks speculate MK picked Merub when she fainted after the slap as we found her in bed in another room in next scene. This is speculative, happened off-screen, so not added in my data.

Encounter level data:

Encounter 1. Danda scene

Murtasim grabs her hand, drags her to the car, puts his hand on her back to get her to sit

Encounter 2. Wakas home

Merub pushes him. Murtasim grabs her hand and pulls her down the step. Merub pokes him the chest

Encounter 3. Hyderabad Haveli

Merub bumps into Murtasim. He grabs her hand to hold her steady. She gets him to unhand her. She is rude and he grabs her hand again.

Encounter 4. Merub birthday party by Rohail

Too many hand garbs and Merub dragging to count

Encounter 5. Merub birthday party in Hyderabad Haveli

Encounters 6: Merub gives water to Murtasim

When Merub gives him the glass of water, he puts his fingers on top of hers very briefly before taking the glass. ADDING A PIC TOO.

Encounter 7. Chai scene in Murtasim's bedroom

Merub makes chai in Murtasim's bedroom. They argue. He garbs her hand and rants

Encounter 8. Car accident

Merub has fainted. Lots of concern shown by Murtasim through face touching, shoulder touch, upper back touch, etc.

Encounter 9. Hospital

They are fighting. Merub feels pain in her band. Murtasim tries to hold her hand but as soon as his hand grazes hers, she pulls back

Encounter 11. Slap scene

He slaps her, she falls in his arms and he caresses her face. Areas touched: arm, back, side boob, face
