I still remember how he blindly believed haya over meerab in naurez issue. The haya who tried to harm his wife in his obsession.
I m not giving justification.I m just telling ka NM has written the story in such a way where haya is saved by all the characters even though her actions and intentions r clear to everyone and it is not restricted to murtasim.All characters r being dumb down for haya existence in the show because NM just loves her character.

I really wanted to see how maa begum would react after she hears news about murtasim letting Meerab to study LLB. I was really looking forward to that. Coz in my view maa begum is not an evil saas. She is just happy knowing her son is happy. And her sher beta being gaddi ka janasheen.
First one is bcoz she loves her son, she has already lost her husband and doesn't want any harm come to him so she is worried whenever Meerab does something that can harm him in a way. Then gaddi is important bcoz it was left by her husband. That's all her concerns are. All other things she don't want to think at all. If not for haya being an annoying bird chirping in her ear we don't think we would've seen any rash decisions from her side.
So Meerab further studying could've shown how different people reacts. How maa begum reacts with this news. Would she just say acha hai chalo or oppose it. What would Murtasim do if maa begum opposes. What would Anwar do then. Coz he too was okay with Meerab going to college again. Her parents were always on board with this decision. I always wanted to see how this played out. This could've shown us murtasim's another persona too.
Then how Meerab would emerge both her personal and professional life. Coz we already know she had fallen for murtasim or atleast liking him in the sense of man and woman. How will she make it happen.

I haven't watched many shows. So I don't know. Zindagi Gulzar hain was nice one. They showed she never left her job even in the end.

Murtasim will be held accountable more because he is the reason she is doing everything & he is letting her too despite knowing her true face more than anyone.
All characters being dumb down is not valid when the man acts normally with the woman who hugged him which caused havoc in his married life

After 47 episodes too we never got a decent conversation scene between leads in this show ! So expecting anything else in this show is like 🤷♀️
The leads have been shown dumb just to ensure H moves the plot so this is how it’s written and how will it move fwd ! If not Yumhaj it would have sinked long back !

I m not giving any justification for murtasim.I have said that NM has written story in such a way that everyone gives free pass to haya not only murtasim which does not make any sense.But it is what is written by NM purely because she wants haya to stay in the story till the end for God knows what reason.Most likely because she loves haya.
