Idk. Doctor doesn't get to ur personal life while while giving treatment. They don't care for their patients in this manner which is a lot more personal. She was also emotional when virat asked in what right are you questioning me. She wouldn't be as affected if it was someone else in her shoes like virats colleague, etc.

She was trying to have a personal conversation with virat to advise him to stop hurting himself and take care of himself and then saying that it's because ur father of my kids. Anyway this track will show either make or break sairat pairing. Idk in what cicumstances does virat agree to help Sai that too in getting Satya's mom and dad together. He has no obligation or any need to do this

And he is trying to avoid Sai so I am very interested in knowing what will make virat agree to help Sai with this plan of Milan. Based on ghums track record, ita going to be the most illogical reason. So let's wait and watch

Also here sai n virat had deal marriage at first she tried to exert her rights on virat but due to pakhi's interference n virat blamed her for Pakhi leaving the house she stopped exerting rights on virat n then bulid her walls high. Then She started to had feeling for him also even his actions comfused her so she rightly confronted him n asked him to clear after harini birthday. Even during their honeymoon trip She asked him to either leave her or pakhi even took stand for Pakhi by saying that u r wronging both woman.

What She hated was pakhi's wrong intentions for doing puja with samrat n cheated him by keeping virat in her heart but here in vatsavitri day Sai took virat name by mistake unknownly then genuinely apologized to Satya for her mistake also satya know that Sai loves virat clearly. She openly said that She cares for Virat n trust virat when Satya asked her. So sai is honest with others so I don't know where is cheating n two-timing came from.

She even took stand for satya when virat assaulted him

This scene doesn't happen based on the other BTS. This scene if you notice is before Sai treating virat as the bandage is not present and She just came in to see the commissioner. so she doesn't know about the history yet.

So I think this BTS is going to be the promo like Sai questioning if she should chose Pyar or farz and basically set up the next plot.

When I saw this promo and the Sai treating virat promo, I was thinking like she is talking about reuniting 2 people in love first before noticing the obvious blood on virats face. I'm like wtf is happening.that is the first thing you would notice. 😂😂
