I have a theory in my head because of what Hira said. She said that Murtasim didn’t have much of a reaction when he overheard her her say that Meerab is starting to have feelings for him. He was skeptical after dropping her off, like he had given up. What if before they did the deed, Murtasim told her that he doesn’t love her anymore. Meerab does have feelings for him now and seeing him Haya hurt her more than usual so she has a moment of weakness. That’s why they’re so upset. If you guys go by the last episode then it’s obvious harsh words were exchanged and they did it not knowing where the other stands in the relationship.
