I wish it had ended before the first leap.

I don't think making Prachi lead was the real problem. I think the real problem was Prachi's character sketch. First, there was no reason for Prachi to root for LK's love and acceptance when she had Pihu, her real parents true love -- how they gave her life before they left, she had Adi, Sara, Brinda, Sandy, Ishaan etc. Even Akki, her mama (I wish he was shown) There was no reason for her to find a father figure in LK when so many others were around.
Second, Prachi's naive trust in just anyone, esp Josh, despite her sister's and other well-wishers warning. Ram had reason to naively trust Nandini. She was his stepmom whose responsibility his dying father gave him. Ram had seen Nandini's most vulnerable moments after his father died and knew that she needed her support. Plus, Nandini was good at manipulating the emotions of guilt and responsibility in Ram. Hence, Ram always acted as per Nandini, until he learned she was using him for his money. What was Prachi's reason to be so naive (esp pre leap, before Pihu left)?
Third, Prachi's comparison with Priya only based on her appearance. Priya was a strong character who always stood up for what was truth and right (at least that was her core in the beginning). I didn't watch the leap epis, but from what I have heard, Prachi was never as strong as Priya. It was always Pihu. So that comparison never worked.
I feel if Prachi's core characteristics could be justified with the circumstances she grew up in, then probably the audience could connect with her. Also, idk how it was expected that the audience who accepted and loved a strong female lead like Priya will be okay seeing someone like Prachi.
I didn't see anything beyond 2 or 3 clips, but man, Prachi was terrible in the one of hers that I saw. Even without the points you mention, there was just no substance. It offends me to have her supposedly compared to either Priya or Ram, even their dumbed down versions. Sorry, Niti's acting was not even mediocre. How was she supposed to carry the show? Randeep wasn't bad in the first clip I saw, but he just looked wooden later. I think it was only Pooja and Leenesh who seemed somewhat good, and a smart move would have been to shift the focus to them, but I guess the leads wouldn't have agreed to that.

I am telling you forever Raghav is Tarun son. You all know how Tarun was Ram's right-hand man at home. Hence Raghav can call them aunt and uncle if Ram can call his father with the wrong name forever š¤£
Ram calling is father with the wrong name. Im confused š³

Lol, She means Ram calling Raghav's (alleged) father by the wrong name, i.e., Tarun.
The guy who played NMs father in PKDH passes away. Loved him in that. A positive influence on Adi and Pankhuri.

This is unbelievable. He is such a fabulous actor.
May his soul Rest in peace. š
I first watched her in IB gen leap which helped me drop the show as quickly as a hot potato.š¤£IMO, she canāt act, period.I had actually liked Nakuulās acting in IB, how much ever misogynistic it was. But he was terrible in the gen leap too⦠I think the co-actor definitely matters in the combination scenes since itās mostly reaction. not just acting that makes scenes convincing which Niti cannot definitely do. I watched a clip where Prachi confesses her love for the boy in the gen leap and it was pathetic to the coreā¦.š¤£Originally posted by: Mangs1303

We weāre just conspiring that Raghav must be Tarunās or Pavanās son.Even though Ram never remembered his fatherās real name, he had the highest regard for Ram-Priya as if he knew them for ever to refer them as Uncl-aunty. This all came from a clip you sharedā¦š¤£
