There was a wonderful time on ITV before Ekta Kapoor came and took over and ruined TV for all of us.

I sometimes watch those shows on Youtube and they were like what ZGH, Dhoop Kinare, YKS type shows are in PAK.

Now Pakistani serials are going the Ekta Kapoor route. I hope they preserve the beauty and simplicity of their story lines and not let ITV inspired writers take away from that.

I switched from ITV to Pakistani serials. Now I will have to find some other sub continent serials to watch. :P

I really respect both. They are right about a lot of things in terms of logic character and flow in TB. Other than yumhaj TB is very non sense.

But they're instigating by lying about knowing what comes next.

They don't have inside info. Hassan repeatedly said it ends at 50

I say it ends at 60 or 58 because no way can you wrap up next week's separation,baby, getting to know about baby, fight for custody, and getting together in few episodes. They show MZ and haya ending too.

ITV has naagins, toxic males that push around their wives and FL's (not so many thappads I have to say though), marital affairs, sleeping with someone else, what not.

Atleast, PAK serials are over in 25 episodes. ITV goes on for a whole generation of leads and their kids and their grandkids doing the same shit.

Still now I think ITV shows have more entertainment value than pak shows

ITV atleast shows good romance between leads, light moments.

Fans can enjoy their couple journey

Nagin show despite being illogical gives good ships

Season 1 & 3 couples are still famous

If a show is love story based, then it should serve love story

If a show is supernatural one, then there is no expectation of logic from such show.

Same for all other genres.

But I do agree ITV normalising triangles, emotional cheating, EMA, mental abuse is wrong

When writer to director openly said we cared only for ml character, used fl for ml character in a supposed to be love story.

I lost all the respect on Pak shows.

Since beginning I didn't like them openly expressing their biasedness.

And their justifications for all wrong things shown in the show 🤐
