If a man gives his pregnant wife talak, it is still a talak.

Only the iddat period is different. Iddat is the period a woman must observe after a divorce, during which she may not marry another man. If the couple reconciles during this iddat period, the talak is revoked.

So when a pregnant woman gets a talak, the iddat lasts the duration of the pregnancy until the baby is delivered.

So if you are 8 months pregnant and talak happens, your iddat period is 1 month. If you have not reconciled in this 1 month, after this 1 month, the divorce is irrevocable and you can remarry.

But if you are 3 months pregnant and talak happens, your iddat period is 6 month. If you have not reconciled in this 6 months, after these 6 months, the divorce is irrevocable and you can remarry.

For reference, if you are not pregnant, the iddat period is 3 months.
