Ak enters abhir room says abhir. Abhi gets up and stands and she sits near abhir. He is breathing hard.Mata cries out and nav runs into the room. Goenkas come join see abhir from the window. Nav says nikiji papa has come nothing will happen to you. Ak is angry and holds Abhis collar. She says how we trusted and sent him to your house.In our house if we did something you blamed us.What has happened in your house after I sent him you can't take care of hi.You take me as an enemy but not abhir you could have taken care of him properly.
In our house small scratch also we can't give him and his he is struggling now.For your zidd my son is paying for his life.Can't you take care of him in your house for a day and you want to become a good father ?i want my answer why my son is in this state.Tauji comes and says this is not the time to fight or blame each other.As per reports there is 3 hrs time for us to do surgery or else we will lose him. Ak sits on bed in shock and cries. Nav says surgery is next week.Tauji says we need to do now. We can't wait. Abhi is checking reports.Tauji says we need to move as reports are before you.Abhi tells Rohan to get Dr.Amit and he goes out.Tauji says the situation is critical we need to be alert i will make the OT ready. Ak says we , abhir are not ready.
Ak used her haq on abhi holding his collar and questioning him what happened to her son after he went to his house. She is angry like parvati Devi on shivji who put ganesha in the death phase.abhi is calm not answering her anything as he too is shocked and emotional.
Tauji the head of Birlas knocked senses to both abhira not to fight or blame each other as the situation is critical and abhir needs immediate surgery.
As parents abhira are shocked and nav is nervous.

Mata falls down in her crying and ar, shefali hold her. Kv kicking mata as Vishnu for custody and won't let her snatch Amurt kalash.
Kv is the super hero in story after leap showing his angry roop against demons birlas.Hot headed kv is needed to counter birlas orelse mata dances on elder Goenkas heads.This support from brother is which ak missed initially. If ak stayed trusted Goenkas instead of going away kv could have done same jinthajinthatha before too.
Ruhi calls ar and asks how is abhir ? I want to see him and talk to him. None is telling anything.Just now i patched up with my brother i want to talk to him and play.She asks will he be alright.Ar says nothing will happen and your poppy won't let anything happen to your brother. You take care of yourself. Ar asks rohan what happened with dr. Amit? Ak, abhi and nav go out of the room.Abhi asks where is Dr.amit? Rohan says he can't come as we scheduled abhir surgery next week and he is in Delhi now.All are in shock but tauji says we will call another surgeon. He tells Ar to call Dr.Nanda immediately. Nurse calls abhi in as the patient is in risky condition dropping his vitals.Nav sits down near the window and cries asking God to save nikiji.Manish goes to him and kv says abhir will be fine.
Abhi ,ak, ar and Rohan go to abhir room. Ak sits near abhir says mumma is near you nothing will happen.Abhi says junior I'm sorry.Ar says when no surgeon is there you can do it.Abhi sees his hand and sees abhir.He is my son and as father how can i do it.Ar says in papers he is abhinav son.Before you are a father you are a doctor you have to do it.Ar says you just have to do it for him , you have to operate him , for him you are the best heart surgeon .
Ar is like mahima during ak accident time pushing abhi that he can do surgery gave him confidence.As he is a father he can't operate his son as a rule so nav being paper father to abhir is shown by ar for abhi to operate on abhir. She cleared it with logical reasoning on legal side to be safe.
On gangor puja day abhir mended sisters flowers mala. Because of abhir surgery sisters bond is set that way through ar openly supporting ak . Kv words of koi toh hi in donom ki neech ki dooriya khatam karein the abhira kid has done that job atlast whereas abhi being destroyer of their relationship.
Nav enters the room and says bhayiji sees his condition.anand uncle is calling many but none is coming. You have to save my son .Not mine you saved your son .He folds his hands bends down and says you do the operation. Abhir is your son saved him.Abhi makes nav getup .Nav says only you can save abhir life i can't live without him. Only you can save abhir life i am nothing before you but i can't live without him. Abhi says getup sharmaji.I won't let anything happen to our son.
Behind ak ,there are yellow and pink flowers turned on her side.
Behind Ar , Manish, nav and muskan a dark hand leaving a small hand is shown. So Nav leaving abhir to abhi is perfectly shown Already ar gave her ruhi to abhi.
Nav challenged abhi that akshara is his and if ak is living like a jail with him she is free to go any day. Abhi knows ak loves him through heart and can't move on . Abhinav challenge is openly said to families by ak that they don't have pati patni ka rista any day . Challenge 2 for abhir is done by nav that he will make money to raised his kid and none can snatch his kid from him.Today nav fell on abhi feet to save abhir his son and immediately corrected as Abhis son.Abhi should save his son as he can't live without abhir. Emotional atyachar on abhi done by nav but he accepted facts that he is nothing infront of abhi. The Baap transfer is finally done whole heartedly to abhi.
Abhi accepted it's their son humara beta to nav because he acknowledged his love and gratitude on his son .
Ak saw both nav and abhi mending and nav transferring baap rights to abhi . So she is free of her gratitude bhoj from her side as nav himself freed her that way.
Nav in kasauli gave tiffin box to abhi first later jam. So what ever is Abhis nav has to give with ijjat back.Tiffin box is ak and jam is abhir which he is holding till now as his and fighting for him.
Ak sat like parvati Devi grieving for ganesha and rest all world running around to save him. 🥳
This is a parallel of picnic resort scene where all family members ran to search for ak in resort and forest. Now they are doing that for abhir.
This nav when he needs abhi help he will say your son orelse my son 🤗 so this fellow is not trustable. 🤣
Abhi gets ready in blue scrubs. He removes shiv pendant .He sees his hands and shivers. He sees ak in his mirror. He turns back shows his hands to her.
She is in tears takes his right hand and keeps a card on it. Abhi sees card designed as doctor coat and written on it as docman you are my hero and Dr.Abhimanyu in red letters. Abhi remembered abhir words docman you are my hero i will become like you after I grow up .There is an announcement for Dr.abhimanyu for surgery. Abhi goes out and ak sees her mirror image .
Abhi is scared to do surgery to his own kid and his hands are shivering.His mirror image shows mind vs heart how can he operate his kid.Ak mirror image joined him showing her fears along with him for kid. He turned back and showed his hands to her whether he can do or not. Ak trusted him and held his right hand surgery hand which she gave him giving her voice for 1 yr.She is confident to hold it and gave abhirs card to him.Abhir drew a doctor coat showing he will be a doctor next and red letters of abhimanyu are for his victory as doctor in his surgery.
Ak gave him confidence when he is low to perform surgery without telling words but in mute she showed his responsibility to heal his son.
These mirror images are like ardhanarishwar shown perfectly guiding each other as shiv shakti .
The similar mirror images are shown when abhira went for abortion of ak pregnancy and entered Dr.vibhuti Sharma cabin. Then ak guided him infront for pregnancy now ak gave him support to do surgery by being his internal strength.
Ak single mirror is shown showing her mind vs heart worried for kid health and his life though she is confident on abhi.
Abhira mute convo with gestures is enough to boost confidence in each other for them as parents.
Abhi comes out takes blessings of Manish and mata .He holds Nav not to lose hope. Abhi goes to OT. Total scene is done in yrkkh sad bgm .
Ak comes out sees his families are with her as support for abhir.Nav is held by Goenkas and tauji. Ak stands near to birlas ladies. Kv stands near her.
Abhi sees abhir on bed.He wants to start surgery but he gets scared.Ar sees him. Abhi remembered how he met abhir first in kasauli, and hotel room , next mimi bday party , his bday saplings in picnic. He can't operate but goes back drops the surgical knife. Ar says DR.abhimamyu. Rohan asks ard you fine ? Abhi gets a dream. Abhir hugs him cleans his spects, removes tears says docman you said i will save you. Don't let anything happen to me save me. Abhi holds abhir and dream is broken. Ar asks are you ok? Abhi goes back and pulse is down. Rohan and ar warn abhi to start surgery as they can't patient for long that way.
Abhis dream is abhir words of treating him . Abhir trusts docman more than anyone so he is scared to start surgery.
Rohan and ar guided and warned abhi. But Abhis heart is not accepting him to operate.
Ar may get ak to have music therapy session in OT next seeing Abhis nervousness and abhirs health too.With one song of ak lagjagale both baap and beta will be healed. 😝
Kv gets an orange white football to ak which is his favourite.After his surgery is successful we will all sign and give him and he will be happy. Ak takes the ball in pain. She holds ball in hand. It's tied with a white ribbon and it's coming out so ak tries to tie it .manju comes there holds the thread and ties along with ak. She keeps hand on ak face and holds her.
Ak gets that maa ki mamta and cries hugs her. Manju hugs her emotionally . Ar comes out of OT sees them. Ak remembered her mc time doctor saying i am sorry heart beat of babies is missing and mc happened.Ar keeps her head down and everyone question what happened.
Both families saw manju hugging ak so the anger from 6 yrs is melted in manju for ak in the name of abhir.
Ak got blood stains of neil on glass when Neil is in death bed. Abhi came there and cleaned the glass on his own. Today Neil's death blames are gone from ak head by mata.Neil's death to Abhir's surgery tak ka safar is ended for ak by mata , ar and abhi closing their hate. First ar blamed ak that day so she flipped to ak and abhir last week .Next mata blamed for neil and now she flipped for abhir through custody ,next abhi who gave her divorce but hugging ak for abhir .Ak kajal is kept till day as she fought with inner and outer demons for her kid.From the time abhi and mata accepted abhir and fighting for him with rights ak kajal is gone away slowly.It's her fight for acceptance of her kid by abhi and that family as waris and scaring nav to be away from her.
Manju understood ak pain as mother. Ak is quiet not talking to anyone but atleast her tears have come out.
Setting of ball and tying thread is for abhira, abhir life manjari.
Ak has lost hopes seeing ar that way out of OT and remembered her mc time doctors dialogues.
When mata got abhir truth out , she asked ak why didn't you tell me i could have come to you. Ak said you blamed me as Neil's murderer will you hold my head and accept me and take md to your house of i said truth to you. You could have snatched my kid from me. Today Manju held ak head and gave her that love which ak was waiting for. Ak still now maintained maa to Manju as she treated her as her mom any day.
On white day ak is left alone and didn't get that care and love from family due to neils death and blames of trio.Today ak got whole families on her side as support for abhir.
Precap...abhi came out of OT searching for ak and she cries goes away to corridor .Abhi extends his hand to her and she hugs him.
This is same place where abhira had last hug after ak said mc of her kids .Parallels of that hug recreated.The place where they separated again getting United through holding each other for abhir. Ak kept her head on Abhis chest and cried in precap so union is coming soon.
Wonderful episode full of yrkkh family vibes , togetherness, and emotional ride for abhir. 5 months we waited for abhir and abhira near by so it started with abhir surgery. Let's see how they get close in the process of abhir healing.
Seeing abhira emotional hug Nav may understand and go away ? Next is truth to kid and it's affects.No doubt nav may tell him as nand baba and give him to vasudev that way abhir accepts abhi. What if kid listened already on bed when nav spoke to abhi today.
A simple hand hold is filled with emotions of abhira. Ak ji hold my hand i will sleep and ak kept her face in tears and pain but nav held her hand forcibly.This is her struck life with nav for abhir shown perfectly yesterday. With one Abhis hand stretch ak melted her hard heart and started flowing emotions.Difference in platonic and love is perfectly shown.
Today is blue boy abhir day against white day of ak. Blue boy won everyone's love and pulled both families for himself.
Resurrection of abhir is happening through abhi like shivji and ganesha. Abhir will get his new identity too next no doubt as birla boy.
