IMO their relationship will stabilise and will be like those couple with bickerings and nagging but inseparable types. Murtasim doesn't have any problem with her ethics and attitude, he's willing to bend all rules for her, but he expects a reciprocity of emotions from Meerab. It's not her relationship with Rohail but her sharing their details and Rohail professing his love to her is not acceptable.

Similarly for meerab it's not Haya's advances but murtasim not acting upon her advice is concerning, So instead of third wheel be it Rohail/haya they have problem with their relationship being incomplete.

Meerab's complaint during Mariyum track was murtasim not even giving her an opportunity to explain, his gripe could be how she's ignored his pleas, if he listen to her he might develop cold feet and his family might have to face the consequences.
