See agar MR hua tu they again need to make an arc for redemption tu itne kam episodes mein this is not possible. Remember meerab's dialogue that u r known as aurat ka muhafiz tu ye hai tumhara asli chehra. In the very first episode, murtasim was introduced as a guy who went to his enemy and threatened him because he wanted to do bad with the farmer's daughter.
They won't change his whole character in one episode.The next episode will show ka he truly loves meerab.Lust nahi hai isse.
