Not all though. Germany did accepted genocide. That why to understand what happend I usually watch or read books from others prespective. Not from the own country where it happened.

Rare cases. Even Japan is apologetical for their part in world war. But they won't make a movie showing themselves as wrong. Don't know if Germany make any movie about themselves being the bad people. They might be fine with others making it. America or Britain never apologized for screwing up half of the world.

Japan also never acknowledges what it did to China. I haven't watched German movies but I follow one documentary challel from Germany and I found it its very unbiased. Last year they had made 3 series documentary on Iraq war. Which was very good but unfortunately was taken out of Youtube just because it was against US.
