No, they shot this sequence before. Yumna and Wahaj IV came when they were shooting for end scenes and they still say Murtasim is logical.

And even if I they didn't shoot in order, there is no way that the writer or director will not inform the two Main Leads about the theme of the show..The whole story is based on the breaking of contract. MR in a plot is a very big thing, it's not possible that they didn't know.
