I think the "reaction to situation" she is referring to is his anger. He has always shown to have anger issues, he has pent up aggression in him. It;s only after falling in love, that his softer side has emerged and he has somehow managed to control his anger.

Maybe next episode is alluding to his anger - his aggression in a physical way - he breaks things in the room, terrorizes her, but not with rape. Just seeing the agression in him she is terrified. And then Rohail news comes so she is done with him and decides to leave.

I really believe this is the big conclusion in their separation. I have no clue how Meesam features in this crap fest, but atleast this is more believable than someone like Murtasim physically or sexually assaulting his wife
