I think so ye scene foreshadowing tha.Maybe when he will angrily come towards her.She will cry in anger and throw her dupatta and tell him ka tum janwar ho etc.Tab he will say ka main heath bhi nahi lagana chahta aur tum nazaron se gir gaye ho etc.
