In all seriousness, I don't think Satya was wrong anywhere because he was expecting Sai to wear the saree, when Sai changed her mind and Savi knew that Vinu has gifted that saree to Sai, Sai could have told Satya beforehand about it so he would have time to process the information and come up with something to defend Sai
People need time to come out of a situation, Satya won't start defending her if he doesn't have enough information about what happened š¤·āāļø
Sai has to understand that feelings of people are involved in this, she can't treat Satya's family like secondary citizens. Vinu is important but Saree could have been worn to show Vinu on video call then change for Pooja. She has two families so she has to balance, she can't expect people to put their feelings aside for her
Apparently vinu is kam-akkal and incapable of being made to understand by sai that for a ritual she has to wear a saree bought by her husband and vinu's dad is not her husband so she will wear vinu's/ virat's saree another time š¤ŖIn itv kid's all whims and fancies have to be fulfilled no matter what and they can't say no to children by giving a simple explanation of why their wish can't be fulfilled. 𤪠Seriously things are over-complicated more than necessary.
And like you said, satya didn't expect that instead of wearing her husband's gifted saree sai would come out wearing her ex's bought saree, whom she's claiming she doesn't want to go back to, so without sai having told him before or him having time to come up with a way to defend sai's actions how can he defend her when in actual his mother is justified to feel upset about her daugher-in-law having worn her ex's saree instead of her husband's.
