I have 3 theories on this:

1.It's a ploy of MB to bring MM together.

2.it's a ploy by the makers to keep the curiosity for Thursday's episode.

3.It could be to show how murtu fights against MBs decision.

An opportunity to show that something in murtu hasn't fought during meerab time deliberately because he might have had some liking to her.

Finally it could be a prank by the person on twitter because its without any video proof.
