I think best plot for seperation would have been :

murtasam knew it was Hays doing yet he punished Meerab and kicking her out.

murtasam knew Haya saw MZ.

murtasam is aware that video was created to put meerab in bad light and she succeeded

murtasam is aware that Haya had the option to save his sister

yet he kept quit as he didn’t want Haya to be punished

but at the same time he was hurt and upset with Meerabs kand.

imagine Haya confronts saying murtasam also knew I know MZ: but look he said nothing instead he kicked you out.

this would hurt meerab to the core and she won’t waste a second to leave Murtasam.

although for Murtasam he just wanted to protect everyone as kicking meerab out means he can bring her back but if Mb kicks haya out that will be end of her.
