Virat did ask bhavani if satya is his brother and she refused that when she doesn't have any relation with her own sister anymore then she and virat have none with amba son. Toh writers giving this dialogue to virat can be hint that satya is his brother maybe and Ninad is satya father.

I doubt if what Satya feels is still attraction in a romantic way.

Maybe it is his admiration for her out of respect and her strength to deal things sensibly for her children even after all the mess created by CN wasis.
