Ok this seems to be a UK problem, dark origins of Hellfire come from UK because that is where it started. Rest of the world probably don't know because not everyone knows centuries old history or its connections to the present.

It is not like that here in Canada, I can't speak for the US so I don't know, but I assume they don't do the creepy suff the english did.

Hellfire is famous in North America for their comics. Hellfire clubs are connected to X men comics that is how I know them. We even had a hell fire club in school that discussed comics.

Ofcourse there is stranger things that is why most kids wear their T shirts

But isn't this very obvious that this is a pro-Murtasim script. If you see both Nooran and Siraj interviews, they both seemed in love with Murtasim. The way Merub's character has been degraded and given no monolog is very telling.

So are you saying because Nooran and Siraj have done Merub dirty, we the viewers needed to step up and zealously hold Murtasim accountable? And conversely, since Merub's character has been so neglected, we the viewers need to now overlook her wrongs as recompense?

This is a very different optic to assessing characters and their actions.

OTH, I was assessing Merub based on her actions that we see on screen. Based on that, how Merub interacts with Rohail is wrong. But also, how MK deals with Haya is very wrong. But they do not cancel out each other. Murtasim's male feudal lord privilege further shields him from being held accountable for his actions (or lack thereof) but that is also wrong morally and ethically. The audience must therefore call out Murtasim for it but this does mean deifying Merub in lieu and overlooking any mistakes she makes.

Not aying murtasim needs to be called out for the things he never said

He deserves to get called out for the things which makers convinently wants to not highlight to save him

Slap, jump, his leeway to haya, his old class thinking, his attitude of not giving explanation, directly ordering

Everything is brushed under carpet

While every single & big mistake of meerab is highlighted and she was shown facing consequences for her every mistake.

His behaviour with haya is more absurd than rohail meerab thing because haya literally did a crime against his wife.

Still audience didn't care to point out his behaviour with haya.

In forum itself someone said haya can be more trustworthy than meerab to murtasim because haya is family.

Her crimes doesn't matter.

writer did no justice to meerab and murtasam now.

that level of love they have built for 42 episode from Murtasam POV, it took one twist to ruin it.

however won’t comment Bcs Murtasam will fix it.

meh is probably hurt and in pain to see meerab not defending him still, so that hope died and when you r hurt you say the most hurtful words
