I think now Meerab will come by her own willingness to Maryams wedding. Once Saba tells her that she’s in love with Murtasim and at that moment realises this for herself to be true, she’ll come back to the haveli ready to be with Murtasim and it’ll be a decision from her own heart, willingness and choice. She’ll accept him truly at that point and will make her way back to the haveli and I think that’s why she along with Waqas and Anika will be at Mariams wedding. This misunderstanding with Rohail is happening so Meerab realises her love for Murtasim and will lead her to confess her love and for consummation to happen. I don’t think they’ll drag this misunderstanding and separation any longer and next week will be the reunion as Mariams wedding needs to take place as soon as possible. After reunion that’s when Asim Mehmood character will make an entrance. Like someone mentioned their separation won’t be due to any misunderstandings with a 3rd person like Haya or Rohail.
