It was obvious why this film was made, named it the way it was, and promoted by the ruling govt all aimed at the one state where they have found zero support for their hate-fueled and divisive religious politics.

Heck let's forget about the issue of them maligning an Indian state and its people for a minute. That's not even the biggest issue. Think about the hatred you build among children, the divide you create, the fear you are injecting into innocent minds. All for what? A religion you were by luck or otherwise born into?

Think about the next innocent malayali muslim girl who goes out of the state for her studies or work. Can y'all guarantee she will be safe, sound and not alone among people who thinks the worst of her?Think of the next hindu girl who befriends a Muslim girl but her parents with their irrational fear and hatred stops her education.

I don't know what the repercussions of such a film would be. If only it was made to tell a story.

If even educated young people are this blind and falling prey to agendas, and refuses to think rationally and without biases, I have no hope for this country. It has been burning for a while now, and if this generation too does nothing but fuel the fire, it will eventually burn down.
