Kairav a former heart patient, had a custody case battle, got both his parents, mom died, forced dad to get a new mom, and lost new mom and dad… of all the people if anyone should understand the situation is him. you know often times us humans act rationally and we only focus on the stuff people didn’t do then the ones they do.. We always look at oh this person didn’t wish me birthday but we forget the ones that did. And that’s where Abhimanyu is, he is looking at all the ways he was not informed, but forgetting that she did try. She was also in a dark place at that time, and when you are at your lowest the slightest reaction or action from someone can trigger you... she called you didn’t listen and you want her to try to reach you another way, jm these 6 years did you not think or wonder.. why did ak call? Heck I think about the slightest encounters I have with people or strangers, and this was your wife, the love of your life, your soul mate..

court drama is starting but things are going to get much messier, having a middle class income makes you automatically unfit to be a parent? And why is ak not fighting her own case? Is she going to see that this dumb lawyer is useless and then take up the case?

When Akshu found out that day she was still pregnant there were 2 phone calls. She didn't do anything after that. If this was as important then any other source of communication was just as valid as well. Anyways those lines where taken from Twitter when people started debating what type of communciation and how much communication should be made about something this important? Especially during this day and age when texting and using apps like whatsapp is so prevalent. Anyways Akshu also sort of admitted (it was implied) she did want to get revenge on him and didn't bother about letting him know about Abhir when he was born hence the sudden emotional decision to ask Abhinav if he would be the father of Abhir.

As the for 7 months before Akshu announced she got married it was very valid to ask why did no one look for her or ask about her whereabouts. For that Abhi deserves to be questioned about that. But once she announced she got married what real right did Abhi have to go look for a married woman? Who I am sure he find out had a child. He was under the impression she moved on and had a kid with another man. That is why that mandir confession scene was Abhi crossing the line as he was asking a married woman to come back to him.

As for the custody case it is obvious more misunderstanding with the families getting involved making things messier for everyone. People are high on emotion and anger. When one was trying to be as calm as they could and listen and ask just to spend time with his son he was told over and over again to stay away and was given lectures about how he didn't have any rights on Abhir. Then the papers being submitted at that point anyone would lose their patience. And then the other person comes and decides they want to talk of course they won't be heard because they had spent most of their time fighting and and taunting in the beginning.

Also custody battles are ugly. Of course they are going to look into finances from both sides. This is about who can provide the proper care for the child. That includes financial support as well as emotional well being and a stable home environment.

And any lawyer hired is going to go all out for their client. I am sure the other lawyer will call out Abhi's character and paint him as a horrible monster and domestic abuser. And say Birlas cannot provide an emotional stable home environment.

Just be prepared to see Twitter wars of Abhi vs Akshu with dialogues courtesy of what has been dumped on the tags. Character assassinations glore on both Akshu and Abhi. And only person who will probably come up smelling like roses is Abhinav cause no epsidoe or track is complete without his glorification.

Should I watch ? Don’t know how I will feel about Abhira interaction .. I mean mostky I will feel more angry about Abhimanyu.. but I really hate seeing them dig deeper into their holes ..

I have stopped watching. Honestly the episodes are getting too triggering for me. Also I like shows to have drama but there also needs to be some relief. This is the reason I have watched YRKKH since Hina khan times. There was drama but then they also had birthday celebrations and weddings. The last five months have been non stop drama with no relief. Also there is no movement in the story. It’s still going in circles.

Yeah guess so .. haven’t ever been on forums this much 😟
