True true. And it's what we discussed the other day, right? Arranged marriage is not the problem, forced marriage is. And they kinda glorified this in TB. This is one thing they do in ITV also and I hate it. They glorify such things and end mein sab theek ho jata hai. Unfortunately, real life doesn't work like that.

True. I am not blaming the families either but I do feel a lot depends on how they handle the situation. I do feel sometimes when a fam member says no, they are not transparent about the reason. And again girls in general are a little naive because of the environment in which they have been brought up. Imo, too protective environment is also not good.

I personally know a lot of peope who had tons of restrictions from their family, were protected like they are glass dolls and at the end they messed up. They don't know the reality or how real worlk operates. And this is where experience, independence, freedom comes into picture.

One thing I have realized in life, that parents should not over protect their kids. They need to let them make mistakes and learn (not just about love or eloping or partner issue)...but i general. And then mentality toh hai hi problem.

After going through so much I feel that Meerab needs some time to think and also to have some peace. So at this moment it is better if she leaves haveli. She is already in guilt and Haya and Maa Begum will not let her be at peace if she stays in haveli.
