Let's assume no one knows about Meerub's involvement but eventually they will.

Maybe during Mariyam's wedding with Nourez the truth is revealed and he refuses to marry her (KMK beats the shit out of him). Haya might manipulate the situation (if they dont know about Meerub's involvement already) and everyone blames Meerub and she leaves or is thrown out.

Assault or no assault, confession ya consummation ka time kahan hai. If Murtasim doesn't know then I don't think Meerub will confess or consummate without telling him the truth. And let's say he knows the trust and they confess and the whole shaadi fiasco happens then either MB will throw Meerub out or Haya will blackmail her to protect Mariyam's raaz.
