In today’s SBS live they were also saying same thing ki shows aap audience k liye bana rahe hain to unki aapko sunni chahiye kyunki ek bar audience ne show chhoda to unko wapas laana bahut mushkil hoga.

This track is to give build up. So they start from here and abhira will break down during abhir's operation as they will remember all the things they both faced when abhir was in her womb.

And americal doctor may even backout or fall ill during operation and all of sudden abhi would be forced to perform operation on his son. And akshu will motivate him and that's when navrohi will finally realize they can't be seperated.
