Mariyam made her own choice! Nobody forced her! She choose her love over her own family and their respect and well being .

If before running away she didn’t think of what consequences her family would face , her mother could have died or brother shame then why shld anyone else care what will happen to her.

If she is naive and was being played then too when her brother said the guy is not right she didn’t doubt her lover but choose not to trust her own brother.

Even if Anas was good guy ,she was ready to sacrifice her own for her love so she made her bed now she has lay on it , is it soft or full of thorns that was her choice.

I don’t want something bad to happen to her but at same times I have zero sympathy for this girl !

Ofcourse not. I hate to say but in a way Mariyam is also responsible for trusting a man who's a walking red flag (I am not victim blaming here). I mean what MZ does is on him and not the girls or anyone else.

I will leave Mariyam out of the list for now but all of them contributed in some way (in order)

Haya knew the big bad wolf. She recorded the video but did nothing just because her hate for Meerub is so strong that she wants her out. She is pure evil. In her quest to throw Meerub out, she readily sacrificed Mariyam...her cousin/sister. Mariyam is the girl she grew up with. Daughter of the same family to took care of Haya since childhood. When she saw them elope, she recorded the video instead of stopping them. What did she think MZ would do? She knew Mariyam's safety, dignity would be in danger if she leaves with MZ but she didnt stop them. B*tch.

Meerub had so many reasons to trust her husband....to think and introspect before actually helping Mariyam. Even if she didn't help, Mariyam would still elope if she wanted to - true but maybe if she had mentioned Mariyam's plan to KMK before (when she wanted to elope last week or so)....maybe she could have been saved. Maybe KMK would have handled things differently. Maybe the truth about MZ would have been revealed. High possibility, right? We don't know but maybe. I am assuming that Murtasim wouldn't just cage Mariyam is he knew the plan he would do something to prove that the guy is not right - he probably would not have underestimated Mariyam's feelings when he warned her to stay away from the guy.

MB has a habit of forcing her decisions on others without thinking about the consequences. What is Nourez wasn't good or understanding? Why would a mother force her daughter in a relationship she doesnt want? Anas or no Anas. Marriage needs to happen for the right reason and hopefully with the right person. Just because it worked out in MMs (mostly because of KMK) case doesn't mean it always will.

KMK, in a way did give Mariyam's love a chance but the whole forced marriage thing doesn't sit well. He knows what happens when the other person is not ready...why would he do the same to someone else? What if Nourez doesn't have the same patience as he did with Meerub? The other thing I found weird was how he handled Mariyam and warned her to stay away and get ready for her forced marriage. This is not how you handle things. He could have done better, he could have shown Mariyam the proof that the guy is not right. He is in love, he understands the emotions and feelings attached but he didn't. So no, he didn't handle it well. I really feel when a decision makers takes a decision he needs to be transparent with his people and sometimes with proofs. He found Anas shady but he didn't realize Mariyam/Meerub didn't.

Episode 38 was the last episode where when Murtu said aur kuch? Meerub confessed...and they loved happily ever after with Meesam.

I am actually sick of hearing Haya ney yeh kiya, woh kiya etc etc . We all know she is EVIL personified & she will get what punishment she deserves …. Here we r talking about a wife who has below zero trust in her husband. She uses him when it’s convenient to her , lied to him when he asked her before marriage if she still hates him …. Had she been honest with him at that time then maybe Murtsaum would have refused to marry her .

In this entire mariyam track everyone is at fault, starting from MB , KMK , Meerab and Mariyam. Hope at end of it they learn their lesson and become better person.

MB- She just can’t walk around and push her kids to marry anyone she wants and emotionally blackmail them. She saw what has it lead to incase if KMK-Meerab , she is witness to her own son’s plight and condition yet she chooses to do same with her daughter? Hope this brings change in her attitude, the girls are her own blood not some burden . She loves them so time she becomes the mother Mariyam and Meerab deserves and need.hope she doesn’t go blaming everyone around when it was her own mentality that drove her kids to this place first.

KMK- He is a living example of forced marriage, he is seeing day in and out how much struggle meerab is going or facing being married to man she doesn’t love and somewhere knows he is unwanted inspite of all his efforts yet he thinks it’s best for his sister to go thru same especially when she is in love with someone else ! Why let Naurez go thru same shit as you ?
Also next time take time he needs to explain things very clearly , many don’t understand anger language especially hai wife , she doesn’t cower when he is angry infact she makes it her life agenda to cross him!

Meerab - Girl time she looks beyond her self and her ideals and expand her horizons. Would she have been able to live with herself if MB died knowing her daughter eloped or if the guy turned out to be a crook?

If she doesn’t or can’t trust her husband, then time she pack up ur bags and leave ! She can’t sleep in same room as him whom she doesn’t want to trust but expect him to trust him especially when he has time and again proved his worth!
