It doesn't make sense, cast directors did not create Meerub it was the writer who created Meerub so their target was Meerub only and not that woman.I read a tweet that the Fuchsia post is related to the woman whom Meerab thought is Murtasim's first family.
I think may be that's why Fuchsia post is saying Murtasim has no shortage of educated, good looking girls. It kind of implied that then how did Meerab think that Murtasim will be with someone who is not good looking and unedcated woman like the woman she saw when he can be with someone who is good looking and educated woman.
"Meerub ko create karne wale thora tou soch lete' - I think it is mainly the casting problem and not the writing problem in this particular scene. Because the writer wrote the scene but the casting could have been done according to the scene.

It’s not bad, it’s a thriller so can’t go wrong but had it not been TB it wouldn’t have gathered this much audience….there are many like me who wouldn’t have even bothered about it if we weren’t introduced to WAHAJ as Murtasum because just by watching this toh koi fandom nahin milni thi Wahaj ko. 😉
