that's an elitist mindset. The simple answer is the gotcha questions that matter to the press are not the ones the PM can be bothered dealing with. He also knows they will just use it to distract from other important messages...And he knows MOST people are interested in the issues that his govt is trying to address, not the stuff the press is interested in asking.

The world has also changed... in terms of social media. It's simpler and more effective to communicate directly with audiences. All that press interview stuff is increasingly a relic of the old era. Neither trump nor biden have given many interviews either. And those interviews never served any purpose either. Mostly they have turned into exercises where they articulate stuff only to obfuscate. No clear answers to anything.

Please stop defending Modijee even if the country is a very respectable soft power now, has 50 kms of National highway getting constructed daily, has brought UPI to every home so much that people on grassroot levels also now have bank accounts and take UPI, has implemented einvoicing much earlier and GST collections are consistently hitting about 1.5 lakh crores,has amazing people like S Jaishankhar and Sanjeev sanyal and many others and has surrounded himself with a decent think tank which will get implemented in EU next year and onwards, and US god knows when..Tier 2 cities are looking cleaner and greener than they ever were..etc etc etc..please just stop saying Modijee the devil incarnate is a good PM..😈 because hey divide Modijee kya create karenge..woh toh hum hi Kar lenge khud..by hating on our own roots to appear secular and appeal to Anglo Saxon society..to have a problem with speaking Hindi or have a problem with people trying to find proof for history incorrectly called Myth (Ram Setu)..frankly we Indians are more racist towards our own people than foreigners are at this point..Adani ka kya taana marna..as if Congress did not have Sahara Shree lol.

irrelevant. GST, OROP were all ideas that came up during the UPA years. But they did not have the guts to implement them because they did not want to lose elections or spend money paying veterans (money they wanted to loot). You lose all credibility when you come across trying to demean clear achievements. Try something else.

There is nothing wrong in questioning your leadership because that’s how it should be done. They are after all the paid servants of the public. The questioning should happen in a constructive manner though, to justify the time of both the parties.

Modi ji should stop taking the credit for all the growth though. A lot of India’s success today is because of the correct foundation laid at the time of its inception. How more focus was put on Agriculture and Education which eventually became India’s strength today. You cannot plant a tree today and expect the fruits tomorrow. It takes at the least 20 years for the results to show up. What Modiji is doing today, we will see the effects and fruits of it in the future. The citizens have to educate themselves on how these policies work instead of just blindly defending or blaming the ministers.
