Let’s analyze…

I think TB could have been a classic but it was clearly made as a mediocre drama and Nooran literally put in every twist from every ITV show she has watched. It’s a guilty watch and the reasons why it gained popularity

1) Yumhaj chemistry

2) fast pace of the drama until (2-3 weeks ago)

3) Murtasim Khan and his romance

4) Yumna making Meerab bearable until 22 episodes

but it lacks a coherent character structure for almost all characters, no logic in storylines and most importantly a loop in which the love story moves on moving until the audience starts to lose interest. Look at the slow crawl of our DTs compared to its golden days. Meerab has no change in feelings for 30 episodes and then for no reason starts to fall for Murtasim and then they mess up her realization with an overstretched Mariyam storyline.

What is wrong with Fuchsia?? What kind of thinking is this??

I remember when humsafar ended I didn’t like how they rushed it with khairad forgiveness after all he put her through. It was all too simple you can’t hurt someone like that and be like yeah let’s dance in the rain.
It made me never rewatch that show again

ZGH had similar problem but wasn’t too bad because kashf finally confessed and they had long monologues. They saved the ending

They need to give TB an emotional farewell. Meerab and Murtasim have suffered we never saw them happily married for 95 percent of the show, if the ending doesn’t say yes they will be ok now, they are healed, they will become the ultimate power couple never again to be parted. Mutaism ultimate goal test was actually to make her happy, we know there was always love there between them but they couldn’t be happy because of the past. Whatever their individual traumas are they will fight them together never alone, she will forgive him and he will forgive her.

Meerab hi sbse zada padhi likhi h.

And it's not like he went after Meerab. He was married, she was now his wife and his responsibility. So he developed a soft corner for his wife.
